Hello! I am here to ask you to take a second to consider donating to the KEEN Foundation. KEEN stands for Kids Enjoying Exercise Now and embodies all of the amazing things that I personally experienced getting to grow up playing team sports. This past year I really got to learn what KEEN is all about and could not be happier to volunteer and have the opportunity to join the board. There is no better feeling than seeing the KEEN athletes having a blast and enjoying all of the different programs KEEN has to offer. From bowling and Karate, to Zumba and dance classes, KEEN provides an amazing opportunity for Athletes of all types of abilities for free!! 

Our mission  - Empower youth with disabilities and impact volunteer coaches through participation in free, non-competitive, one-on-one programs of physical activity and fun, supporting the overall health and well-being of all participants
 
With that said, none of this would be possible without the gracious donations that KEEN receives each year. You hear it often, but truly even a little goes a long way. Please consider donating to the KEEN fund if you can! If not, you can always volunteer!
