Was just chatting with a friend who told me about how her son had enjoyed this wonderful organization named KEEN... which reminded me that I'd received an email from Charlie. ๐๐๐

About Charlie's 2025 Drive For KEEN!
It's that time again! I am raising funds for KEEN Greater DC again this summer! KEEN has been providing free weekend activities for kids with disabilities--a group with relatively few other recreational opportunities--since 1992.
For parents of children with special needs, it is especially important that KEEN provides services with no charge to them--almost every other program aimed at their children is expensive, but KEEN provides its programs for free because of the generosity of our volunteers and of people like you.
In those 33 years, KEEN has expanded from one small program with only a few participants and coaches to more than 30 programs with 500+ athletes and at least that many volunteer coaches in DC, Springfield, Vienna, Montgomery County, Prince Georges County, and Baltimore. These programs include one-on-one sports sessions, bowling, swimming, tae kwon do, basketball, tennis, soccer, and zumba.
Any size donation helps! Because KEEN is a volunteer-based organization, your contribution will go a long way. My overly ambitious goal again this year is 100 donors.
Thanks!
Charlie
